Waiting teaches us to let God do His work and not let us prematurely try to force His timetable on us. In the Old testament we are instructed 43 different times to wait. I am convinced God was just waiting for someone to get out there on the edge and give Him the opening and the opportunity to demonstrate what He could do. God was waiting for me. The truth is, God is waiting on the whole Church for the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
